raiju candidates rpc error code DeadlineExceeded

When running raiju candidates I receive the following error:

raiju: rpc error: code = DeadlineExceeded desc = context deadline exceeded

candidates -min-distance 3 does not return nodes

When running raiju candidates -min-distance 2 (default?) it returns a list of nodes further from my node than 2 hops

When running raiju candidates -min-distance 3 it returns an empty list. I'd expect to find all nodes with 3 hops or more.

network contains 15256 nodes total

I had expected to see nodes with distance of 3 or more instead of 2 or more.
