sometimes table layout broken. I propose li element, not table.

now, it only shows when it gets json with continue 0, but it can update every time it gets respopnse even it has continue 1.

change message when a book is not stored in libraries,
before: NOT STORED
after: NOT STORED IN
for example, NOT STORED IN 東京都**区

If we select a city using the popup, the results are added to the table.
It means, if we select a city many times on the popup, all duplicated results are shown in the table.

I want popup to show a area or library you selected. It can be shown above a map.

Initial dialog, which is shown when the city-param is undefined, doesn't work.
It shows error after click a prefecture.

it keeps shoing "Loading", but it shows availability when reloaded.

when opened as another tab (ctrl+T), script does not run

currently a user can search for books in one area, but in the near future they can choose two areas. Some people use libraries near their house and near their office.
