With the announcement of the death of Google Hangouts (or at least the death of Hangouts Classic, it will be transferred to Hangouts Chat), I would love to use this application to get away from hangouts and convert all of my Hangouts SMS to Messages using sms backup and restore. As I am coming off of Google Voice and onto Google Fi, I know this tool would be extremely useful as there are many more people that have my same problem.

Thanks for creating this tool! I'm new to Node.JS, and there might be an easy workaround for this. It installs fine with npm install, but when I try to run it, I get this error. Running it on Mac OS High Sierra - happy to provide any more details that would help me run it. Thanks!
