As a player, I want to be able to challenge other users to drink a beer of my choosing, winning more points if I'm the only person to do it.

• The user ("challenger") should be associated with a challenge beer
• The challenger should get 12 points if they drink the challenge beer
• Any other player should get 3 points if they drink the challenge beer
• Any other player drinking the beer causes the challenger to lose 3 points, up to 12 points total
• All players should see the challenge beers and know they are challenge beers.

Add a player checkin reload page so a contest runner can force a reload of all the the players checkins as they need.

As a user, I should be able to get points for a verified checkin that is labeled with a specific hash tag.

• The players should see the list of hash tags and the rules around them
• The players should see the tally of points specific to hash tag beers.
• The leaderboard should reflect the ranking inclusive of hash tag beer points

Remove any last secrets and then open source.

A contest user should be able to populate information about a beer or brewery through an Untappd.
