when network connected enable user to stop receive callback on network disconnected. Do this, it's useful for user to prevent request data from network again and again example. Other word, the requesting data from network can be requested only one time after network connected.

One issue though: You should not ask for a Context via the getContext method, when you really want an AppCompatActivity.

I wanted to initialize the library with my Application instance and got the Exception in the title of this issue. Maybe rewrite the method of StopReceiveDisconnectedListener to getAppCompatActivity() or find a way to make the library work with only a Context.

if there are two Activity class call CheckNetworkConnectionHelper.getInstance().onNetworkConnectionChange() and the Activity in back stack is still receive callback listener when network connected or disconnected.
