Add tests for nllOption and nllAsyncData

Use angular2-rollup to handle build instead of only @angular/cli. Current project structure requires a two part build / publish.

Create documentation in README.md

Currently, nllOption and nllAsyncData clear and rerender the appropriate view on every input change. Ideally, we would only remove and create views when the actual viewComponentRef needs to change. (ie. From nllSome to nllNone, or from nllAsyncPending to nllAsyncSuccess).

Basically, when the previous viewContainer and the new viewContainer are the same do the following:

1. Get ViewRef from viewContainerRef.get(0) manually typed as EmbeddedViewRef (so hacky).
2. Update appropriate context fields on EmbeddedViewRef.
3. Call markForCheck on EmbeddedViewRef.
