[BUG] Calling of raw bukkit material enum

The plugin doesn't create it own config folder and spams a ton of errors on enable.

[BUG] Some items with some NBT tags cannot be retained

1. Some potions,leather armors,fireworkrocket cannot be properly added to a kit.
2. make custom potions,dyed leather armors,custom fireworkrockets——create a kit——choose a kit——custom potions become "uncraftable potions""no effects",leather armors lost colours,fireworkrockets lost effects

Actually, those are jump + slow drop potions. I made them with commands.But when I created the kit "Valkyrie" and test,I found those potions became no effect.The same as leather armors.

This fireworkrockets used three firework stars to craft,but now them have no effects.

My English is not very good, if there is any wrong expression, please understand
