Should read schema from a file (ex: schema.json) and put it inside config.json
This is to avoid constant copy pasting of schema from and to config.json

This should happen automatically upon doing toter setup or toter update.

Let's make an example.

I've just made my widget, it's got several large video files in it. I do a toter upload and it takes a while to upload. That's okay as I need the videos up there.

But now, every time I update index or styles, it uploads the videos. This can become time consuming.

I propose a .toterignore file to work like .gitignore. The root for the ignore is the dist folder.
