Should be able to wear it as a hat.

We've been able to wear cult papers for a long time now. I don't know about using them for fortune cookies, though.

Cultist talismans are typed as paper.

-Using them as paper hats works fine
-Photocopying only creates normal paper output

However, you cannot make fortune cookies since for the recipe to work the paper must have something written on it (For some reason), else it will be a burned mess. Since you cannot write on cultist paper, you cannot make fortune cookies, unless the make_food is changed to not care about paper content (Man who drop watch in toilet have shitty time!).

I var edited a cultist paper to have content and stuck it into a fortune cookie and it came out fine, Nar'Sie powers and all. Is it worth removing the paper.info > 0 check?
