Installation steps

Hello @Nrkozan Thank you for making this software opensource.

I installed on my server and it's working okay but with a few hitches;

1. The "My_Controller" class is unavailable in the shared code, I had to change to "CI_Controller" class for the system to work.

2. Once I logout I cannot log in again using the user credentials I registered with - Kindly assist on this.

Otherwise, it's a very functional project. Thanks
