In spot-checking, a few look to be a bit off:

• Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minn. (currently shown closer to Duluth)
• Maui, Hawaii (currently shown near LA)

All regional dots should be double-checked. Examples:

• Southwest Washington, Washington, appears near Washington, D.C.
• Hudson Valley, New York, should probably be further north, not right next to NYC
• Northern WI, Wisconsin, should be more in the center-north, rather than right over Green Bay.

parallel can hypothetically run commands on a remote machine, which might be a more elegant solution that some of fabric's machinery (or just confuse things). worth looking into.
