Use object key rather than object name

When there are multiple TempAttach objects rezzed, the command to attach is broadcast to all rezzed objects. If all objects have the same name but meant for different users, the first to accept permissions will get all objects attached to them.

A better way is to grab the object key when rezzed and chat out to each rezzed object specifically to remove the confusion as to who gets which object attached.

Offer temp attach by name from menu

Currently the TempAttach Relay only has the ability to offer temp attach object to another seat. The relay grabs the key of the sitter in that seat and relays a command to the object. Extend the capability of the relay to put up a dialog with the names of sitters to pick from when grabbing the key.
