Requirements

You will need a real Android device that runs 4.3 (or later), has a camera and BluetoothLE hardware.

Don't even bother attempting with the Android emulator, it's too slow and painful.

Pictures taken with the front panel camera look distorted

Although is you go to a Picture Gallery you can see thumbnails of actual pictures, when you select to view them they as well look distorted

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the App
2. Run the App
3. Switch to the front panel camera by tapping the top right button
4. Take a picture

Actual result: Pictures taken with a front panel camera looks distorted.

Expected result: Pictures taken with a front panel camera look normal.

Image is stretched when camera is on

When the picture is taken it looks good, but while taking a picture, it looks stretched

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the App
2. Run the App
3. Rotate the phone horizontally and vertically
4. Actual result: While taking the picture the image is stretched

Expected result: The image should look proportionally correct.

Some standard gestures don't supported.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install and run app on device.
2. Make 2 photos.
3. Go to Nova image gallery.
4. Try do delete image using standard gestures. Or another gesture for making image list.

Actual result: Photo can't be deleted using standard gesture. Standard gestures don't supported.

Expected result: Standard gestures supported. Photos can be deleted by standard gestures.

Pictures deleted in the Nova Camera don't get updated properly in the Gallery

I had two different results when deleting pictures in Nove Camera: 1. I deleted some front camera pictures and when I opened Android Gallery for the first time, those pictures were blank (look at the screen attached). 2. I deleted pictured after Gallery was opened once and I could still see them in the Gallery.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the App
2. Run the App
3. Take some pictures
4. Delete a couple of pictures
5. Open Gallery - Nova Camera
6. Go to the App again
7. Delete some more pictures
8. Go to the Gallery and refres

Actual result: Pictures and not deleted from the Gallery

Expected result: Pictures should be deleted in Gallery

Tap flash icon while flash dialog is open should dismiss it.

All buttons in application doesn't have press animation.

Pop-up "Bluetooth permission request" always appears when bluetooth is off.

1. Turn off Bluetooth.
2. Install and run Nova Camera application.
3. Tap "No" on "Bluetooth permission request" pop-up.

Actual result: pop-up "Bluetooth permission request" appears again after Tap "No" on pop-up.

Expected result: pop-up "Bluetooth permission request" doesn't appear again after Tap "No" on pop-up. User can make photos but can't use flash device.

Incorrect list of latest images.

Steps:

1. Install and run the app.
2. Tap the button “Images” in the under left corner.

Actual result: All images on phone are shown as latest.

Expected result: List of latest images that were used in Nova Camera app.

Deleted photo is incorrect displayed in Gallery

Allow focus/exposure to settle before taking photo

After lighting up Nova, pause until focus/exposure has settled in hardware before capturing the image.
