Right now we generate generic error output stating that either the content or the author couldn't be determined. Instead, let's give what information we can. For example, if the author can't be ascertained, but the content can, it's a shame to miss that out.

Some instances of gitlab may not be running at an address that contains 'gitlab'. It would be nice to handle these without requiring user edits to the script.
