Hello, how would I open the .darwin file from the releases page on macos? I've tried searching this file up online and haven't found documentation of this file type (Maybe I'm not looking at the right place, not sure...)

Installing from Mac doesn't work. Latest AluminiumFoil (1.0.0.9), Latest Tinfoil (0.2.1), Latest GoldLeaf (0.5). Tried trough Tinfoil and GoldLeaf, both crash. CFW is Kosmos (11.11). Falsely states installation is successful while Switch has crashed.

Please add batch installation. I can choose only one file for each installation

Tinfoil has been crashing through python. I figured I'd give aluminum foil a shot... to no avail. When i try it out, it gives me a bunch of lines with 0x1 and crashes my switch. Nsp folder only has one file inside of it.

There are multiple problems with building the code using Dotnet 3.0 SDK, or in VS2019 Community Edition on Windows, most errors relate to Nerdbank.GitVersioning. Should it just be removed before building?

Hello, I just wanted to request a feature. Could you please add the ability to select multiple NSPs at once? As it is I have to click each individual NSP and hit select. If it is convenient for you, please add the ability to use both a CTRL+Left Click select or a left click drag select. Thanks!

Everything works except when I want to install NSP from my MacBook

I execute the script and got this error

So i put the NSP Directory on non whitespace enviroment because i know the usb_install_pc.py from tinfoil is not work on that enviroment

The version of the file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computers system information to see whether you need x86 or x64 version of the program, and then contact the software publisher.

Progress Bar gets stuck but the install finishes flawlessly.

When I install one nsp it works, but when I install multiple nsp at the same time, they all get corrupted and show up with no picture on home page, and in data management showing 0 mb

• used Zadig to install the drivers

• Tinfoil/Goldleaf is in USB installation (both are the latest versions)

• Installation failed

Trying to install more than 17 titles will result in aluminium foil's install button disappearing into the abyss.At lower resoultions the number is even lower, the number of installations shouldn't be tied with the screen size. Maybe an option to scroll down should be added.

I'm trying to install a nsp, but it never works. My tinfoil is 0.2.1, running on ReiNX for firmware 6.2.
I'm running the aluminum on windows 10, I can find and send the listed nsp to the switch, but once i select it and press A to begin, the download is simply stuck at 0

These are the lines that show on the command prompt after "Waiting for Switch"

how to open AluminumFoil on mac , there is a darwin release , and i cannot open it on my mac

whenever i try installing a nsp it gets stuck on "retrieving remote nsp header"

Trying to send an nsp file with an apostrophe in the name will cause aluminum foil to replace it with a question mark instead so when you try to install the nsp both clients are confused and aluminum foil gives the following error.

Removing the apostrophe fixes the issue but I thought it was something you should know of :)

edit it seems that adding an acute accent like é also causes issues. Hmm, so it seems that some special symbols cause issues another one that causes issues is -

hello, download your version for mac, to start the file that you uploaded is damaged, consequently I had to download the repo to compile it in visual study.

And once you open your program at the time of putting the nsp either using goldleaf or tinfol the old version, always send me error nca, and probe installing those nsp from a sd to see if the problem were the files and without Any problem install them, and something that is missing or doing wrong ?.

the new version of tinfoil or sx intaller when I connect the usb, the screen is shocked.

error files is placed in Windows? or Switch or Swtich Sdcard?

I've managed to get AluminumFoil to run on Linux (the "Mac" version), with some minor tweaks.

There are still some Avalonia related issues that need resolving, and I'm working on it...

Would you, in general, be OK with me contibuting a azure-pipelines script to generate artifacts (.deb / .tar.xz for linux, .app for macos and .exe for windows) and renaming AluminumFoil.Mac to AluminumFoil.Posix or something like that?

If OK, I'll try to work out a PR for this...
