We have 3 sites of sample data (NARDrive\Projects\IdahoPower\SampleData\IPC_TestBathym.7z):

1. Hells Canyon
2. Slaughter Gultch
3. Fish Trap Spring

The goal for this first prototype is to be able to take the text files containing points and produce DEM rasters that match the GeoTIFs stored in the sample data zip. The rasters should:

• Be orthogonal
• Have same spatial reference as the sample rasters
• Have same units. I think the horizontal units are feet (2ft cell width), but I am unsure about the vertical units (i.e. pixel values).

This first version is less about do the cell values match the sample rasters. It's more about, can we produce rasters of the correct properties (cell width, spatial reference, edge corners).
