looks like should clone download_file folder as is and make "delete_file" with same content. Based on wsd file https://www.samlink.fi/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/SamlinkCorporateFileService.wsd theres no any specific deleteFilein file type so I don't know what is right one.

This could maybe be used to get statuses for file references which are got after creating SEPA payment.

Before integration, should investigate is this usable approach to get SEPA payment statuses to know when bank has processed it.
