Static images: dark `artworks/arctic` variants

In order to adapt to different use case and scenarios some more variants for artworks/arctic are required.

Adapt remaining `arcticicestudio` "fade-out" changes

With the retirement of the Arctic Ice Studio personal & Nord project brand various migrations to the svengreb GitHub account of other projects were also completed within the last weeks. There are also changes in Nord projects like nordtheme/web that other projects depended on and can now be adapted as well.
Therefore all Nord projects must adapt these changes which includes…

• the migration and repository name change of arcticicestudio/nord-docs — all references must be updated.
• the migration of the arcticicestudio/styleguide-git repository to the svengreb real-in-person identity — all references and used npm packages must be updated.
• the migration of the arcticicestudio/styleguide-javascript repository to the svengreb real-in-person identity — all references and used npm packages must be updated.
• the migration of the arcticicestudio/styleguide-markdown repository to the svengreb real-in-person identity — all references and used npm packages must be updated.

Static images: new `elements/heroes/logo-typography` light variants and restructuring

In order to adapt to different use case and scenarios some more light variants for elements/heroes/logo-typography are required.
To also match the structure and naming layout of other categories, elements/heroes/logo-typography will also be restructured.

In order to adapt to different use case and scenarios some more Nord logo-typography hero variants are required.

The first batch of static image imports from the old nord-docs repository will be artworks, categorized into…

• coloring/icons

• ports

Static images: new `elements/functional` artboard with `links` category

A new elements/functional artboard will be created that initially provides the links category. It will contain elements that can be used as element to assign a e.g. a HTML link.

Bootstrap based on `tmpl` template repository

Bootstrap the basic project setup, structure and development workflow based on the “tmpl“ template repository.

In order to link to GitHub “Discussions“ new elements/functional/links variants are required.

Artworks: `arctic` image category

A new arctic category will be created that imports some images from the old nord-docs repository. This will mainly include “decorations“ that can be used for various purposes.

A new elements/separators/palettes category will be created that provides various format and layouts of the Nord color palette.
