Would be nice to add an additional N|Solid tag (via env var NSOLID_TAGS for the org, like we already do for the space.

Here's an example of NSOLID_TAGS from a live application:

cfAppId:[uuid-here],cfAppVersion:[uuid-here],cfSpace:development

There have been requests for an offline buildpack. While we don't currently have a story to handle accessing npm in an offline fashion, we can create a offline buildpack archive that includes the relevant nsolid release tarballs.

While doing this, we should change the original node buildpack code which also downloads node releases, since this isn't technically required (was left in to reduce the number of changes made to the buildpack).
