自定义collocationViewLayout实现瀑布流

功能描述：

1. 满足UICollectionViewFlowLayout提供的普通的线性布局和网格布
2. 满足单区和多区的瀑布流布局
3. 满足多区瀑布流时每个区的列数可以不同
4. 满足设置header和footer
5. 满足设置header和footer的间距

使用方法

和UICollectionViewFlowLayout 使用方法一致,具体看 Demo

上拉加载数据的时候 数据出来了 页面偶尔出现一片空白

生成LayoutAttributes时创建indexPath不要用indexPathWithIndex。crash！

生成LayoutAttributes时创建indexPath用indexPathWithIndex，会导致在swift中的collectionView返回组头viewForSupplementaryElementOfKind这个方法取indexPath.section时崩溃。改成
NSIndexPath *indexPath = [NSIndexPath indexPathForRow:0 inSection:i];
就好了

动态更新某个cell的高度时会导致cell显示错乱

我们项目的需求是在图片加载完成后根据图片的高度去动态调整cell高度， 这个时候再去reloadItems(at: IndexPath) 就会cell显示错乱。
