CROW should be able to only parse config files that are needed. Instead of flooding the expdir with a dozen of unnecessary configs.

Currently crow.config only parse the calculation instead of final value. We need it to have the option to parse final values.

Preferred method would be adding an option to to_yaml() method.

Currently to_yaml cannot preserve the order of the original yaml file. This makes comparison between yamls difficult. The to_yaml() method should be able to preserve the order.

Ruamel.YAML has some potential advantage over PyYAML. Should look into it.

GEFS divides the workflow up by task using entities. The XML parser currently used by rocoto_viewer does not allow this.

The GEFS team already has an untracked (or, at least, non-CROW) version that has fixed this issue. Those changes just need to be brought over into CROW.

Python 2 has long been deprecated and rocoto_viewer should be updated to python 3.
