braille-chords's Issues

Would be nice if key-repeat worked

It would be nice that if I held down 's', 'd', and 'f' long enough for my key-repeat to activate, then it would repeat the 'โ ‡' pattern.

I thought I had an easy way to do this, but the amount of time I have to hold down the key to get my key repeat to engage exceeded my "simultaneity" threshold so I only ended up repeating the last dot rather than the whole character. An additional artifact of that approach was that while you did get repeated patterns entered, you did not see them until you released the keys. As such, you had no feedback about how many you typed. And, if you held it down long enough, you'd overrun the buffer.

I can definitely fix the latter problems, but I'm not sure if I can reasonably fix it in such a way that I can meaningfully detect the difference between pressing dots one and two in rapid succession and holding them down versus quickly typing dots one and two followed quickly by dot two.

Missed abbreviation in documentation

In the documentation, I failed to use the 'ch' pattern in the example where I am showing the difference between spaces and blank Braille patterns.
