Creating a template project that scripts and includes "Build CHM.vi" causing linking issues with the actual VIs in vi.lib. Can be fixed by manually finding VIs in vi.lib, but requires the user to know where the VIs are located.

When you run the "Compiled Help Menu Wizard" it places a copy of "Build CHM.vi" in your project. However, that VI uses CHM Generator functions linked from its source rather than vi.lib so when you open your copy of Build CHM it has to search and re-link its dependencies to vi.lib.
