The IVR system uses the following technologies:
- Flask: A web framework for Python used to handle incoming calls and responses.
- Twilio: A cloud communications platform used to interact with phone calls and send/receive SMS messages.
- spaCy: An open-source natural language processing library for Python.
Make sure you have the following installed:

Clone the repository:
git clone https://github.com/NitinRwt/ivr-healthcare.git cd ivr-healthcare

Installation
pip install -r requirements.txt
Configure your Twilio phone number to send incoming calls to the ngrok public URL followed by /incoming-call.
Call your Twilio phone number.
Follow the instructions in the IVR menu.
