# Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System for Healthcare

This project demonstrates an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system for a healthcare application using Flask and Twilio. The system handles incoming phone calls, presents a menu to the user, and processes user input.

Overview

The IVR system uses the following technologies:

• Flask: A web framework for Python used to handle incoming calls and responses.
• Twilio: A cloud communications platform used to interact with phone calls and send/receive SMS messages.
• spaCy: An open-source natural language processing library for Python.

Setup

Prerequisites

Make sure you have the following installed:

• Python (>=3.6)
• Flask
• spaCy
• Twilio

Installation

1. Clone the repository:

   git clone https://github.com/NitinRwt/ivr-healthcare.git
   cd ivr-healthcare
   

2. Installation

   pip install -r requirements.txt
   

Configuration

Configure your Twilio phone number to send incoming calls to the ngrok public URL followed by /incoming-call.

Usage

Call your Twilio phone number.
Follow the instructions in the IVR menu.
