Create wallet Page - 50,000 sweet

This task is to create a wallet Page that displays a users balances and persform wallet transactions like transfer and trade in the steem-engine market.

User needs to be logged in to create transactions. Login is not implemented yet.

Acceptance criteria

The page should ask for a username and display it's STEEM, SBD and STEEM-Engine balances on the application.

Add notifications to the wallet - 50,000 sweet

The wallet needs to send notifications to users fir the events they have subscribed.

Add QR code generator to the wallet - 10,000 sweet

We need to enable payments via scanning a qr code in the app. This will also be used for the "Receive" option in the wallet.

Add FaQ Support and miscellaneous pages - 50,000 sweet

We need to add support and user experience related pages like tutorials etc.

A history page needs to be created for a users wallet history. It should display a users transfer and trade history and should enable filtering of the results according to uses choice.

The market page should enable users to trade their Steem, SBD and steem Engine based tokens using the market smart contract provided by Steem engine and powered by the swapsteem exchange.

We need to enable a user to log in to their wallet using their private keys and perform actions like transfer and trade in the Market.
