Expected behavior

The Home page should display Farmr-Club instead of Ulogs wherever required as shown in Below screenshot.

Please contact us In our Discord server before starting with the task!

The branding of ulogs needs to be completely replaced to farmrs.club along with any popups.

When the user is not logged in he is able to see the farmr related tags and other application components. But upon sign in, the home page still contains the original ulogs tags.

To do:
Replace the logo with text Farmrs.Club with styling.
Replace the ulogs related tags like #ulogs etc with farmer related tags as seen in logged out page.

Replace the tags in the left sidebar with farmrs-club specific tags. The list of tags is given below:
