Search page fixes/improvements

• Fix the slider.
• Change the quarters to select fields.
• Readd the search loading graphic.
• Fix the quarter button spacing.

Fix search refresh/back

Currently refresh screws up the url and fields, and the back gets stuck in a loop.

Updates to photo upload

• Server side validation of photo upload
• Stop requirement of photo description
• Add listing ownership to upload and delete ajax jfu views
• Add cover photo logic

Rewrite of search page

The current search page is a mess of spaghetti javascript code that performs all the templating for the listing cards client side. It doesn't use any js framework either. I intend to move to react (since semantic ui doesn't work properly with angular) and shift the templating back to the server where it belongs. Will start a new branch to work on that after launch.

Tests

I have not written any tests because I'm lazy. Need to write them though if this code is going into production.
