InMemoryAdapter should share variables among instances... as simple as that.

To do this we'll need to store a data structure such as

• data
• ttl
• expires (not needed for redis, memcached, etc...)

when HIT, read the ttl and recalculate the expires by doing 'now'+'ttl'.
