The C extension of the Grader gives some warnings.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start the Grader
2. You get the following warnings.

./pcs/ext/process.so: warning: already initialized constant RLIMIT_CORE
./pcs/ext/process.so: warning: already initialized constant RLIMIT_CPU
./pcs/ext/process.so: warning: already initialized constant RLIMIT_DATA
./pcs/ext/process.so: warning: already initialized constant RLIMIT_FSIZE
./pcs/ext/process.so: warning: already initialized constant RLIMIT_NOFILE
./pcs/ext/process.so: warning: already initialized constant RLIMIT_STACK
./pcs/ext/process.so: warning: already initialized constant RLIMIT_AS
./pcs/ext/process.so: warning: already initialized constant RLIMIT_MEMLOCK
./pcs/ext/process.so: warning: already initialized constant RLIMIT_NPROC
./pcs/ext/process.so: warning: already initialized constant RLIMIT_RSS

The C extension has to be fixed so that we don't get this warnings any more.

Use Rdoc to generate Documentation.

Figure out how to use Rdoc to auto generate documentation for the hole project.

We need to have some scripts that generate the doc for the hole project as
well for each individual piece. The generated documentation should be
attached to the project for each release.
