Sometimes issues are branch specific and will never get merged back into master or upstream releases.

We should offer an option to ignore such issues.

Needed to be able to auto tag files #10

The release command should automatically generate a release changelog from commit history.

If a branch is not clean, it would be cool if ck could just make a new branch with all the missing fixes cherry picked on top of it (if no conflicts exists).

To check if a commit is in a branch, we iterate through the whole branch all the time. Since we do this for each commit, check is slow for large repos.

The check command should show the hexsha of missing commits for easy cherry-picking.

Make it possible to specify a number of files which get tagged with the new version.

Could be useful to track commit with something other than the issue tags.
