Dear Dr Boers,
Hope that you are fine. I used mpi for calculating event synchronization from your codes. But I received Memory Error. I run the code in my pc with 4GiG Ram for linux(total RAM:16). Python and Linux are 64 bit.

Hello. The data format downloaded from https://disc.gsfc.nasa.gov/datasets/TRMM_3B42_Daily_7/summary
does not have the same format as the one used in the code. I download 2015 data for a certain month and was missing time variable. Could you suggest if you combine several months data and add any variables ?
