Invalid SUBSCRIBE format about stompest

The subscribe function works as designed. That you must add an id header is a feature of the STOMP protocol and hence a feature of the STOMP client not a bug. But you add it in the subscribe call (as you can see in the test code which is a good source of how to actually use the STOMP client):

token = client.subscribe(self.DESTINATION, {StompSpec.ID_HEADER: 4711, StompSpec.ACK_HEADER: StompSpec.ACK_CLIENT_INDIVIDUAL})
client.unsubscribe(token)

Actually, from looking at the code, I would expect the client to throw a protocol error, not the server ...
