What is YourManager?

YourManager is a esports focused discord bot. It was created with a reason to help esports related servers. YourManager can start registration, check tags, register teams, close the registration, give ID password role and create the slotlist. This is a boring and time consuming task and has to be done everyday and YourManager help you do this with just a single command. So if you are an owner or admin of an esports server, there is no question arising, why you would this bot? So invite it today, much better invite it now.

Features

• Scrims/Custom Manager

Setup a total of 5 customs with specific number of slots, no. of tags required, etc.

Reserve slots for invited teams.

Start registrations for a total of 5 custom.

Close registration for a total of 5 customs.

Change slot after a team cancels a slot.

Repost the slotlist again to the slotlist channel.

Configuration of the bot

Use the command {prefix}setup if you are running the setup in your server for the first time. You may follow this link for a tutorial. You have use emotes like ▶️ to move through the menu. Use that emote to change the page and react with the emotes cooresponding to a setting to change its value for example in page 2 react with 1️⃣ to change prefix.

Once setup is done you are ready to go. If you want to change values of the setup in future use {prefix}config to change.

Do not include {} while running a command and default prefix is .

{prefix}setup

Setup YourManager bot for Scrims Management.Setup can only be done once. If you want to change the values you gave in setup afterwards by using {prefix}config

{prefix}config

To change any value of any custom just run config command and move forward by reacting on ▶️ emote. 1 page is information, 2nd page is General settings, 3page starts with custom 1 settings and as you move on with ▶️ the 4th page will be custom 2 settings and so on.

{prefix}reserveslot {custom_number}

Do not include brackets { } and there will be a gap between reserveslot and {custom_number}. For example: {prefix}reserveslot 1
This command is used to reserveslots in a custom.

{prefix}start{custom_number}

Do not include brackets { } and there will be no gap in between start and {custom_number}. For example: {prefix}start1
This command will start the regestration of the custom number you mention.

{prefix}close{custom_number}

Do not include brackets { } and there will be no gap in between close and {custom_number}. For example: {prefix}close1
This command will close the regestration of the custom number you provided.

{prefix}slotchange {custom_number}

Do not include brackets { } and there will be a gap between slotchange and {custom_number}. For example: {prefix}slotchange 1
This command is used to change a team from a slot of an specific custom. Remember to use {prefix}repost {custom_number} to repost the slotlist after changing the slots

Do not include brackets { } and there will be a gap between repost and {custom_number}. For example: {prefix}repost 1
This command is used to repost the slotlist in the slotlist channel.
