It would be nice to have a simple implementation of toString() for GridCell. It 
would really help debugging.

Just a minor note: in `shortcuts_Xnix.xml` at line 27. there is an erroneous 
closing XML tag:

I checked it for my project and some of the demo models, and all of them were 
malformed. I'm not sure if it counts as an error, but thought I place a note 
for it.

Just a minor note: class `ContinuousSpaceFactoryFinder` has no description in 
the 
[http://repast.sourceforge.net/docs/api/repastjava/repast/simphony/context/space
/continuous/ContinuousSpaceFactoryFinder.html online Javadocs]. I thought I 
place an issue for it because all the other classes I encountered had at least 
1 or 2 lines of description.

I have a project that is shared via SVN. When I modify something in the 
scenario (e.g. remove or add a new display) and try to save the new 
configuration, the click on the save button fails with the attached exception.

I think it wants to create a backup for the SVN-specific entries and delete 
them (namely the .svn directories), but those are not accessible since another 
process (Subclipse) locks those resources.

Class RandomCartesianAdder contains a /*CopyrightHere*/ placeholder in its 
header. I think it should be replaced by the proper copyright notice.
