Since this app targets working professionals in general (i.e. in any company), it is likely that they can have foreign contact numbers to save in the application. As such, disallowing symbols and spaces such as +65 may inconvenience users.

Extension 2a should be numbered 1b since it is an error detected by Reache and should happen before step 2 of the MSS.

They diagram below may look like there are 3 different logic components and 2 model components.
