IAM Management Console > Users > [The user you will use] > Inline Policies > Create User Policy > Custom Policy

Deploy using AWS instance profile credentials

I have a deployment host inside the Amazon VPC that I use to deploy new versions of my app.
Ideally I'd like to use the instance profile credentials instead of supplying the access-key and secret-key as argument

Deploying a react function only

Is it possible to deploy only a function and not the whole react application. Or is there a way to ignore some files to not to include it during deploy?
