I think that's nothing to worry about. The parser is trying to interpret the data as a property list and failing because it isn't, so it should just proceed to handle it as a string.

If you can tell me the value of the data being stored, I'll see if there's anything I can do to suppress the console warning.

I understand that - what I meant was, can you tell me the value of the string you are trying to save? Specifically, does it have any special punctuation characters, etc?

Okay, this is fixed in 1.5. You'll still get the warning if your password starts with "bplist" and contains an = sign, but I think we can live with that ;-)
