<!-- Begin MailChimp Signup Form -->
<link href="//cdn-images.mailchimp.com/embedcode/slim-10_7.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css">
<style type="text/css">
	#mc_embed_signup{background:#fff; clear:left; font:14px Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif; }
	/* Add your own MailChimp form style overrides in your site stylesheet or in this style block.
	   We recommend moving this block and the preceding CSS link to the HEAD of your HTML file. */
</style>
<div id="mc_embed_signup">
<form action="https://ng-colombia.us11.list-manage.com/subscribe/post?u=6b41dea739df1ec2b457d32dd&amp;id=ab82bece5b" method="post" id="mc-embedded-subscribe-form" name="mc-embedded-subscribe-form" class="validate" target="_blank" novalidate>
    <div id="mc_embed_signup_scroll">

	<input type="email" value="" name="EMAIL" class="email" id="mce-EMAIL" placeholder="email address" required>
    <!-- real people should not fill this in and expect good things - do not remove this or risk form bot signups-->
    <div style="position: absolute; left: -5000px;" aria-hidden="true"><input type="text" name="b_6b41dea739df1ec2b457d32dd_ab82bece5b" tabindex="-1" value=""></div>
    <div class="clear"><input type="submit" value="Subscribe" name="subscribe" id="mc-embedded-subscribe" class="button"></div>
    </div>
</form>
</div>

<!--End mc_embed_signup-->

Making sure it works and looks the same 😉💪⭐️

Fix picture variable size in speaker bio modal

When you open any speaker bio you'll notice that the circular image has a variable size depending on the length of the name.
Make it have a fixed size and play with the name's CSS to make it work

Add a11y information

Add ACCESSIBILITY section in the website describing the options available in the conference. Routes. Ramps. Bathrooms. In general for people with disabilities

https://twitter.com/ellenfromnowon/status/846011542776754183
https://nineworlds.co.uk/access
https://belfasttrans.org.uk/access/

If you are organising events in your spare time don’t stress too much about trying to act on all of these at once. Take on what you can handle and slowly build it up to make your event the best it can be.

Event

"CUPO LÍMITADO, VÁLIDO HASTA AGOTAR EXISTENCIAS O HASTA LA FECHA LÍMITE. LO PRIMERO QUE SE CUMPLA"

Add CFP link to the website

Add why-in-english section

Because it is statistically and scientifically demonstrated that:

  1. English represents a barrier for the latin American community to connect with the world

  2. By asking people a small effort they are more likely to understand the direction without compromising their learning

  3. Because in south America we have 99% of conferences in Spanish

  4. Because we want this to be an open conference for everyone. believing that the people that will attend the conference is only Spanish-speaking is the reason why we have diversity issues, because we are not able to see beyond our differences. Where does Brazil remains? How about united states?

Fix menu clicking on mobile

When you open the menu on a mobile device the clicking through the menu items becomes inaccurate.
When you select an option another one is activated taking you to another route.
Maybe related to the browser bar.
