http4e's Issues

Drop Ant build

As mentioned in #5 (comment)

ant build should be possibly dropped. (Once maven/tycho is perfect, and it make too hard to support both)

With that eclipse.sdk folder should go away too, as it make git repository very heavy.
Git repository maybe will need to be purged or somehow other way change, so that old binaries don't stay in history.

Can't load shared library libxpcom.so

Hi, I'm attempting to set up a workstation to develop an HTTP REST API with Eclipse. This plugin looked promising. However, there seems to be an issue when trying to use the HTTP4e Client.

When attempting to open the HTTP4e view (Window->Show View->[...]->HTTP->HTTP4e Client) an error is generated. Initially, I got a message:

http4e_errorno1

Then I set MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME to point at "/usr/lib/mozilla" (as per: http://gangmax.me/blog/2012/06/28/mozilla-five-home-error-in-eclipse/). The error message generated whne trying to open the HTTP4e view changed to:

http4e_errorno2

Details of software:
OS: CentOS7
Eclipse: Indigo Service Release 2 (3.7.2)
Firefox: 52.2.0 (64-bit)
XULRunner: 31.6.0

So, I looked around for this libxpcom.so file, but it's not on my system. I tried installing the XULRunner package for CentOS7, but this doesn't have the file either.

Tabs don't show up, so the plugin is unusable :/

Hi,

I just found this plugin and it looks awesome, unfortunately I seem to have a similar problem as @culmat I only have a blank view where I can open the dialogs but I don't get any tabs to shop so I could actually do something

The only thing noticeable in the logs is the Gtk WARNING above

Since there has been no activity in a long time from the maintainers I know this is a long shot, but I would really like to use this plugin.

BR,
Alex

Export HTTP call broken

When trying to export a call to eg Apache HTTP Client 3, the popup labeled "Your call exported as Java Apache HTTP Client 3.x call." remains empty.
No matter which export target is chosen, the messagebox is always emtpy

Thank you for push access

Thank you for push access.
In fact, if every PR is merged, it may be even better to go on with usual GitHub flow, as it is better for talking over changes.

"context" is null

it results in a blank view with only a close button at the bottom

White text on yellow background

This plugin is nearly unusable because of white text on a nearly white/yellowish background. Please allow to change the font options. You will see this issue when you use the eclipse dark theme or Webclipse Devstyle theme.
