Support of Static Variables which are loaded from ini configuration file for Communicable State Machine(CSM)

CSM-INI-Static-Variable-Support

The library is now offering ${variable} support for CSM, which is loaded from the first caught ini file within the application folder or the topmost VI's parent directory. You can either specify a section name or use the pattern of ${section.variable:defaultValue} if you leave the section name blank.

• A copy of LabVIEW-Config by @rcpacini is included and used.

addVI: Mark [exp] as Permeant Variables to export temp variable to ini

带cache 功能的VI 应该是可重入的

尝试从系统变量中载入静态配置

load 应该修改 change flag

修改 ConfigChangeFlag，保证在 ms 内修改能够被识别

不限制 Supported Datatype

INI Path 中有个问题，如果只想获取default path，FGV会被初始化，这个在某些想预先处理 ini file 的地方是不合适的

如果 default ini 不存在的情况下，就不创建 ini 了

BUG: Read Data 中忘记加入cache了

内置配置文件/配置信息读取的VI，便于利用 ${key} 的方式，拿到配置信息

CSM - Populate Configuration Variables.vi 载入逻辑应该考虑 sessionname.variable 和 [defaultsession].sessionname.variable的情况
