The current workflow uses xlsx table from Inputs/MasterTable.xlsx to store model init parameters. data_input.R load xlsx table into env and parses data into a structured list.

Parameters

There are 20 tabs in the master table. For all parameters, we need details of

• Provide parameter documentation
• Provide parameter specification (if any)
• Specify which phase the parameter will be used
• Specify which parameters only apply to Providence, RI
• Finalize parameters that need to be modified for Ohio (rest remain untouched)

Data Structure

Provide a sufficient way to modify and store the model parameters.
