Make into a pip-installable package?
Would be great to have this as a pip installable package, possibly on PyPI. Would you accept a PR?
Transformation
Hi,
In the paper, authors proposed to use a Stiefel transformation to align X to Y. Is it possible to use more general transformation function, such as a neural network? Thanks.
UMAP
I tried to implement UMAP instead of Isomap in HiWA. But the program keeps warning me that there are NAN values when it running. I debugged hiwa and successfully replaced all NAN values of a and b with non-zero values. But no matter what I do, I can't replace the 0 value in the array K. Therefore, the program will still warn 'ArithmeticError: NaN found!'
