Improve Leap controller, remove Frame ID echoes
According to the logs, a single frame ID is generating multiple loops and therefore multiple API calls per frame ID. There should be one API call per frame.

Build OpenWhisk compatible version of the sample function
Take the guts of the Lambda version and create an OpenWhisk version that can be registered with Function Router.
Build robot arm hooks
Create the hooks that take the result of one of the API calls and sends those instructions to a robot arm, causing it to move appropriately.
Fix Function Router registration of Lambda function
Registering the Lambda function with https://github.com/nerdguru/robotarms/fixed/serverless.yml is tripping a 500 response upon lookup. Other serviceID/functionName combinations work, which implies something with either the path or the serverless.yml file. Possibly a Serverless Framework version issue.
Build OpenWhisk installation scripts/instructions
Scripts and instructions to be used to set up the VM running on top of the ISR4K so that it can be registered properly with Function Router.
