SSH keypairs are not removed from CloudStack

I've got a load of ssh keys in cloudstack, which makes some vm's unable to launch.
Otherwise it's really messy so we should try to keep all info a bit clean :)

Error creating VM's when initially the resources were unavailable.

So I've seen errors creating VM's when initally the vm's couldn't be scheduled due to a full storage pool.
When that issue was resolved the vm's couldn't be scheduled due to the pre-create check failing to get the ssh keys

Fix should be in this function:

Problem with registration

Instead of trying to create a vm, it just fails.

CS VM's in error state are not removed

I saw my cluster (in vm's) in cloudstack not being removed. They don't show up in the counts, but are visible and in error state.

Display support email when there is an error

When there is an error with the node setup, people are not guided into what they should do. We could display the error and "Try to delete and create again this cluster, or please contact [email protected]"
