Chainlink VRF v2 not supported on Polygon

Options:

• Convert to v1
• Don't deploy to polygon (BSC and ETH are the only supported chains)
• Do nothing and assume the risk that v2 isn't ready on Polygon before we are
• Drop the random function
• Add the randomness to quadratic funding logic (non-verifyable)
