PRECISE Value

Repository for PRECISE Value project, which has been implemented as a Shiny web application.

Requirements

The following packages are required to generate output for this version of the dashboard:

• shiny
• shinydashboard
• tidyverse
• DT
• kableExtra

Install packages using the install.packages(c("package1", "package2")) command.

Instructions

1. The shiny application lives in the app.R file of the precise_value folder
2. Open app.R within RStudio and click the "Run App" button on the top right of the editing window

Update parameters

Many of the original parameters need to be updated

QALYs should be described as incremental QALYs from PGx testing with and without alerts

add welcome statement

need to provide additional info on summary page to make it clear user is on project page

add QALY and ICER data to value tab

add QALYs and ICER to value tab, address including a plot (e.g. PSA) later

hyperlinks to content on background page

Add shiny inputs for parameters

Add sidebar to dashboard with inputs for parameters that are adjustable

add "Annual" to y-axis label in alert plots (unclear that bars represent annual alert volume rather than cumulative)
