Closing this now -- I think duplicates is reasonably well documented now

The "unexpected" behavior with WHERE="mukey IN (1,2,3)" dropping mukey silently (when duplicates=FALSE) has been resolved.

Does this have anything to do with spurious results from STATSGO (#36)?
