Description:

In testing the Lecture 1 Makefile, the aflat global.conf file could not be read.

Reproduce:

clone async-course, navigate to lecture_1, run "make e1"

aflat e1.act > e1.prs
FATAL: Could not open configuration file `global.conf' for reading.
make: *** [Makefile:2: e1] Error 1

Comments:

aflat alone returns the global.conf error, and appears independent of the "global.conf" found in tech/sky130/global.conf.
