x is a pretty common symbol for multiplication wherever regular text is written (as opposed to code).

OneNote allows for it, and now even ChatGPT uses it when suggesting math.

Please consider it.

The repository link at https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=navossoc.calculate2 leads to navossoc/calculate2, instead of navossoc/vscode-calculate2.

I was worried that this extension was unmaintained as well until I searched for the repository under your github account.

What I like about SpeQ is the ability to quickly do multi line calculation in a script like manner.

When trying your fork, one feature I wished it had is the ability to run multiple lines as different statements. This would allow me to select a chunk of code and run it.
