Add Powershell support

Make available languages configurable

Include highlighting definition for all languages and configure which ones are displayed in the block editor settings (e.g. I don't use Java, so I don't want it cluttering up the language dropdown)

Add a clear / easy way to change the syntax highlighting theme from the plugin settings page without requiring end user coding

Should be accessible from standard Plugins page in Wordpress admin dashboard
